Please note:

• The base apparel to customize is on the website; ie shirt, sweatshirt, jacket, and hat etc. Please contact for availability. 
• Customs are limited to: apparel color change, font color, school colors/name, year graduated, major, degree name, and dorm.
• We will not add any sorority/fraternity "trademarked" or associated names to any designs.
• Customizing is an additional charge. 
• There is a $25 non-refundable deposit fee required.
• Upon your approval the deposit will be used towards your order. 
• The proof lead time is typically 3-5 business days and the sample is sent via email.
• Once the order form is received from you, production lead time is approximately 2-3 weeks depending on stock availability.
